Juno Therapeutics, a Seattle-based developer of immunotherapies for cancer, has closed its Series A round with $176 million in capital commitments ($145m of which was previously disclosed). Backers include ARCH Venture Partners, Alaska Permanent Fund, Bezos Expeditions and Venrock. Juno’s strategic partners are The Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and the Seattle Children’s Research Institute. www.junotherapeutics.com

, a San Francisco mobile social commerce platform, has raised $19 million in new VC funding. GGV Capital and Formation8 co-led the round, and were joined by seed backers like Yahoo co-founder Jerry Yang. www.wish.com

Isarna Therapeutics GmbH
, a German developer of TGF-β therapeutics, has raised €5.5 million in new VC funding from return backers AT NewTec, Global Asset Funds and MIG Fonds. www.isarna-therapeutics.com

Virtuix
, a Houston, Texas-based maker of a treadmill for use in virtual reality apps, has raised $3 million in VC funding from such backers as Maveron, Scout Ventures, Scentan Ventures, Partech Ventures, StartCaps Ventures and Mark Cuban. www.virtuix.com

GroundMetrics Inc.
, a San Diego-based provider of electromagnetic survey solutions for the oil and gas industry, has raised $2.73 million in Series B funding from Cowboy Technology Angels.www.groundmetrics.com

Crate Data, a Germany-based open source data store for developers, has raised $1.5 million in VC funding from Sunstone Capital and DFJ Espritwww.crate.io

Delivery Hero, a Berlin-based online food ordering and delivery platform, has raised $85 million in Series F funding led by a “$6 billion global investment fund.” The company previously raised around $200 million, including an $88 million Series E round in early 2013 from Insight Venture Partners, Phenomen Ventures, Kite Ventures and Kreos Capital. www.deliveryhero.com

Weebly, a San Francisco-based platform for building personal or commercial websites, has raised $35 million in new VC funding at a $455 million valuation from Tencent and Sequoia Capital. www.weebly.com

Guardant Health, a Redwood City, Calif.-based developer of cancer diagnostic technologies, has raised over $30 million in Series B funding. Khosla Ventures led the round, and was joined by Pejman Mar Ventures and return backer Sequoia Capital. www.guardanthealth.com

Kala Pharmaceuticals Inc., a Waltham, Mass.-based developer of ophthalmic products based on a mucus-penetrating particle platform technology, has raised $22.5 million in Series B funding. Ysios Capitalled the round, and was joined by an undisclosed new strategic investor and return backers Crown Venture Fund, Lux Capital, Polaris Partners and Third Rock Ventures. www.kalarx.com

Aerpio Therapeutics Inc., a Cincinnati-based developer of therapies for vascular diseases, has raised $22 million in new VC funding. OrbiMed Advisors led the round, and was joined by return backers Novartis Venture Funds, Satter Investment Management, Kearny Venture Partners, Venture Investors, Triathlon Medical Ventures and Athenian Venture Partners. www.aerpio.com

InVisage Technologies Inc., a Menlo Park, Calif.-based maker of image sensors, has raised $18 million in new VC funding. Backers include GGV Capital, Nokia Growth Partners, RockPort Capital, InterWest Partners, Intel Capital and OnPoint Technologies. Declara, a Palo Alto, Calif.-based developer of technologies for personalized learning, has raised $16 million in Series A funding. GSV Capital led the round, and was joined by Data Collective, Founders Fund and Catamount Ventures. www.declara.com

Sentinel Labs, a Palo Alto, Calif.-based cyber-security startup , has raised $12 million in new VC funding.Tiger Global led the round, and was joined by The Westly Group and return backers Accel Partners, Data Collective and Granite Hill Capital Partners. www.sentinel-labs.com

Piqora, a San Mateo, Calif.-based provider of marketing and analytics for visual social networks like Instagram and Pinterest, has raised $7.7 million in Series A funding. DFJ led the round, and was joined by Freestyle Capital, Baseline Ventures, Lazerow Ventures, Firebolt Ventures and Altos Ventures.www.piqora.com

Yerdle, a San Francisco-based online store for giving away (and receiving) secondhand items, has raised $5 million in Series A funding. Backers include The Westly Group, Claremont Creek Ventures, Mindful Investors, DBL Investors and Prelude Trust. www.yerdle.com
