Collegefeed, a crowdsourced social career marketplace for college students, has raised $1.8 million in a VC funding round led by Accel Partnerswww.collegefeed.com

Green Mountain Digital, maker of the Yonder photo/video sharing app focused on outdoor recreation, a Woodstock, Vt.-based, has raised $3.8 million in Series B funding from Monster Worldwide (NYSE: MWW), the Vermont Seed Capital fund and individual angels. www.greenmountaindigital.com

Infraredx Inc.
, a Burlington, Mass.-based developer of medical devices for the diagnosis and management of coronary artery disease, has raised $25 million in equity funding from existing strategic partner Nipro Corp. (Tokyo: 8086). The company previously raised more than $150 million from investors like Sanderling Ventures. www.infraredx.com

Maginatics, a Mountain View, Calif.-based provider of storage solutions for distributed enterprises, has raised $17 million in Series B funding. Intel Capital led the round, and was joined by WestSummit Capital, Comcast Ventures and return backers Atlantic Bridge and VMware. www.maginatics.com

MicuRx Pharmaceuticals Inc., a Hayward, Calif.-based developer of antibiotics to combat infections due to resistant bacteria, has raised $25 million in Series B funding. BVCF led the round, and was joined by return backers Morningside Group and Devon Park Bioventures. www.micurx.com

NakedWines.com, a UK-based platform that lets customers sponsor independent winemakers in exchange for discounts, has raised $10 million in third-round funding from Germany’s WIV Wein International AG.www.nakedwines.com

NoRedInk, a developer of online grammar courses and tracking solutions, has raised $2 million in VC funding. Backers include Charles River Ventures, Google Ventures, Learn Capital and Social+Capital Partnership. www.noredink.com

SugarCRM, a Cupertino, Calif.-based provider of customer relationship management solutions, has raised $40 million in equity funding from Goldman Sachs. Piper Jaffray & Co. served as placement agent. The company previously raised over $78 million in equity and debt financing from New Enterprise Associates, Draper Fisher Jurvetson, Walden International, Silicon Valley Bank and Gold Hill Capital. www.sugarcrm.com

Sequoia Capital led the round, and was joined by return backers like Accel Partners, Draper Fisher Jurvetson, Crosslink Capital, Omidyar Network, TomorrowVentures and Volition Capital. The company also said that it has hired former Wells Fargo executive Stephan Vermut as CEO.www.prosper.com
  • Puppet Labs, a Portland, Ore.-based provider of IT automation software for system administrators, has raised $30 million in equity funding from VMWare Inc. (NYSE: V).
